Continuum Health Partners needed a piece that would both market the system’s numerous photo services for newborn babies yet be flexible enough to allow the addition and/or subtraction of other related program materials. As all of the programs were centered on babies, MDesign felt the focus of the outside of the project should be also. We created a folder with die-cut in the front (the middle of the frame) that allowed users to see inside to a portrait of a baby. The picture itself would not only draw people to the piece and directly imply the end product, but also act as a placeholder inside that kept loose materials secure in the interior pocket. The pocket would allow for the easy exchange of additional materials without diluting the main message, and also extend the life of the folder itself. Colors and typography were selected to be soothing, friendly, and gender-neutral.
