| Feeling
that assisted-GPS technology was misunderstood, Global Locate asked
MDesign to create a brochure that would demystify it for potential
business partners. We felt it was important to continue the look that
had already been established, as the company was increasingly well
known and it would provide immediate recognition and aid in furthering
their brand. Accordingly, Futura was continued as the main typeface
and some images from earlier materials were included (i.e. the borders)
for familiarity. The brochure was designed to be either mailed or
handed out at conferences and meetings. Working with their marketing
manager, we helped develop a copy format that would carry the reader
through to all the points the company wished to elaborate on and still
allow the white space needed for maximum readability. Images were
chosen to help convey the human factor of the technology. The final
product was hugely successful in both educating numerous audiences
about assisted-GPS and securing additional financing from potential
investors. |
