Great Kitchens, a new kitchen design service, hired MDesign to create its identity system. Specializing in high-end, custom cabinetry, the company desired a look in keeping with the sophistication of its product. Since the architectural plans developed by the company were based on the precise fitting of the rectangles and squares of cabinetry, we decided to carry that idea forward into the design. Cordovan was chosen as the second color to grant a seasoned, urbane image. The full identity system encompassed business cards, letterhead, envelopes, fax sheets, retainer and transmittal forms, and a moving announcemnt. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
